These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “DreamTeam” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) and clients (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), in connection with the provision of services for generating and editing video content using artificial intelligence (AI).

1. Work Process and Approvals

1.1. Consultation and quotation: After agreeing on style and duration, the Contractor sends a quotation. The prices stated in the quotation are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added additionally in the invoice.

1.2. Script and visualization: If a finished script is not provided, the Contractor prepares a detailed one and coordinates it with the Client.

1.3. Providing images: At their discretion, the Contractor may send initial static images for style confirmation. The Contractor is not obliged to send intermediate images for approval unless this has been explicitly agreed upon in writing before the start of the work.

1.4. Revisions: The package price includes 1 revision of the provided images (if any) and 1 revision of each scene. Any additional changes are charged separately due to the direct technological costs of a new AI generation.

2. Prices, Payment and Penalties

2.1. Invoicing: After completion of the work or an agreed stage, the Contractor issues an invoice.

2.2. Payment term: The payment deadline for each issued invoice is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of issuance.

2.3. Late payment penalty: If the payment deadline is not met, interest of 1% per day of delay is charged on the due amount, starting from the first day after the expiration of the initial 14-day period.

2.4. Payment obligation in case of non-approval:The final price remains due even if the video does not match the Client's personal aesthetic preferences. At the Contractor's discretion and with valid reason, up to 50% of the amount may be refunded.

3. Right of Refusal and Termination

3.1. Unilateral termination: The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to execute an order or terminate an ongoing project at any time in case of:

  • Unclear or systematically difficult communication from the Client;
  • Manifestations of malicious intent, offensive behavior, or lack of professional ethics;
  • Attempts to generate illegal, unethical, or harmful content using AI.

3.2. Retention of funds: In the cases under clause 3.1, the Contractor does not owe a refund of already transferred amounts, as they cover the technological costs incurred and administrative time spent up to that point.

4. Specifics of AI Technology and Deadlines

4.1. Technological limitations: AI technology is in an early stage. The Contractor aims for the highest possible quality but is not responsible for technical limitations of the models (bugs, artifacts). The Contractor (video engineer) has the right to modify scenes during the process to ensure the optimal visual result.

4.2. Deadlines: The standard timeframe is 3 to 15 business days. The Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by technical problems with external AI servers.

5. Copyright and Portfolio

5.1. After full payment for the service, the Client receives the right to use the video for their purposes.

5.2. The Contractor reserves the right to use parts of the final video or working materials in their portfolio unless explicit confidentiality has been agreed upon.
